Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellations

• All cancellation requests must be made before service delivery begins
• Once processing starts, cancellations cannot be guaranteed
• Completed orders cannot be cancelled or reversed

2. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring services/subscriptions:
✓ May be cancelled anytime before next billing cycle
✓ Requires at least 24 hours notice before renewal date
✓ No refunds for already charged periods

3. How to Cancel

To request cancellation:

  1. Login to your account dashboard

  2. Visit "My Orders" section

  3. Click "Request Cancellation" on pending orders

  4. For subscriptions, use "Cancel Auto-Renewal" option

Alternatively:
• Email support@hostsmm.xyz with subject "Cancellation Request"
• Include your Order ID and username

4. Processing Time

• Allow 12-24 hours for cancellation processing
• You'll receive confirmation email once completed
• Services will stop at next billing cycle for subscriptions

5. Non-Cancellable Services

Cannot be cancelled after purchase:
• Instant delivery services
• API packages already consumed
• Custom/on-demand orders

6. Refund Eligibility

• Only pre-delivery cancellations may qualify for refunds
• See our Refund Policy for details

7. Policy Changes

We may update terms without notice. Current version always applies.
